Jane O’Regan worked as a nurse in the UK before returning to Ireland with Con and their four children, Tom, Alice, Billy and Nella in 1994 where the family now live in Co Limerick.  In 2007 Billy took part in a two way language exchange for 6 months with a Spanish family.  Following this successful exchange the Director of the company which organised Billy’s exchange  asked Jane to become the Irish Director of a new Language Exchange Company which facilitated Transition Year Exchanges between Ireland and France. After 2 years Jane started her own Language Exchange Company TY France (www.tyfrance.com ) and also  TY Spain with Teresa Frances Gomez.

TERESA Francés Gómez is a law graduate, she was born in Barcelona, and now lives in Talavera de la Reina ( Toledo). She is married to Victor, Sara’s Father , Teresa and Victor also have two other little children Pablo and Candela. In 2008 Sara took part in a two way language exchange for 3 months with a Irish family from Co Limerick. The experience was a success for both families and during the exchange Jane suggested Teresa might become the Spanish Director of  TY Spain which facilitates 2 way exchanges between Irish Transition Year Students and Spanish teenagers of a similar age.
